Executive Retreats
Off the Grid, On the Water
A private two-day fly fishing retreat for executive and C-suite groups of 2–4. Phones go away, the conversation gets real, and the office is about 2.5 hours behind you on a mountain stream and an alpine lake.
Who It’s For
No conference room and no slide deck. This retreat is for leaders who want two days away from the noise, with time on the water and real conversation around the camp stove.
- Founders, partners and leadership teams who want time together away from the office
- Hosting a key client or partner on a trip they’ll actually remember
- Small groups of 2–4, with one Licensed Guide per executive
- Owner-led by David Blackett: 47 years of fly fishing, first aid / CPR certified, and a fly maker

FAQ
How big is the group?
2–4 executives. Every executive has their own Licensed Guide, so the day fits each person’s pace.
Do we need fly fishing experience?
No. Beginners are welcome. Every trip is instructional, from your first cast to reading the water, and experienced anglers get just as much out of it.
Is a fishing license included?
No. Every angler 12 and older needs a Utah fishing license. Short-term 3- and 7-day licenses are available online. It only takes a few minutes before the trip. Get your Utah fishing license
